Strength Training
Our strength training packages are based on frequency per week. These training sessions are approximately an hour in length and are customized to your goals/needs.
Drop in (1x per week or less)- $40
8 session package (2x per week)- $260
12 session package (3x per week)- $353
16 session package (4x or more per week)- $420
Conditioning
These training sessions are approximately 30 minutes in length.
Per session- $18
Online training
Send us pictures and/or video of equipment you have available to you and we’ll design a program to fit your goals/needs. This training is done completely on your own, but we are here to give you advice and technical feedback when you communicate with us and send us training footage.
